I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had great windows that opened for fresh air, making me feel comfortable. The service was outstanding with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants with a wonderful view despite stormy weather. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel; the location is fantastic right in Canal Park with many attractions nearby. The rooms were cozy with a balcony overlooking the lake, but the prices can get quite high during peak times. The service left much to be desired, with staff being loud early in the morning and acting inappropriately.
